There are times where I feel that I need to write, but when I do sit in front of a manuscript paper or a keyboard, I go blank. Like now, I feel that there are stuff inside me rushing to get out, but I can't change them to something pleasurable. How does sublimation work? Composition class is out of the question, or maybe it's not.. but I wonder what they teach..

everybody writes in a different way. i face the same problem as u do, and i often stare at the prompt for days on end, hours at a time finding the right way to start an essay. some plead for me to start writing something, but to no avail. my reply is always: when the muse beckons the story will come. and ill end up staying up all night before the deadline to start (and complete) the essay. haiz... those were the days...

anyway, i suggest you erect a temple for Caliope immediately and pray for her blessings for all future HUM essays. she's the source of my inspirations. =)

have faith that the muse will provide, as she always had. but that's just my personal religious views... ;-)
